What we do
Pioneer Central are a digital and sheet fed lithographic printers specialising in a wide range of printing from business cards and stationery, club flyers, folders, brochures and magazines. In fact we print virtually anything onto paper from single colour up to 6 colour.
We are now in the West End
We are now more than just printers We have incorporated a graphic design service, which is based at our new West End location in Brewer Street, London, W1. From this central London location we can design and proof jobs, or simply take specs on print jobs, which is convenient for our growing Central London based customers.
All under one roof
Our 15,000 sq ft factory is based in South Woodford, London, E18, which is where the prepress, printing and print finishing is done, all under one roof. This makes us extremely competitive across all volumes of print, and also equipped to turn around and meet even the tightest deadlines. We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with the latest technology, and have recently invested on a brand new Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 6 colour plus coater, alongside our prepress Heidelberg inline Heidelberg CTP platesetter. We run a sip3 access control module, which keeps a record of all jobs and maintains colour consistency on all print work. We have a full in house repro and prepress facilities, with our Truflow workflow system, 5 G5 macs with all the lastest software.
Our range of latest technology prepress machinery includes:
- Truflow - latest integrated PDF workflow system
- Cromalin Digital Proofing system
- Heidelberg CTP platemaker - this means that the artwork-film-plate process is now bypassed allowing for rapid turnaround and superior image quality plate production

- 3 of the latest Heidelberg printing lithographic presses, handling from B3 2 colour up to 6 colour B2 – providing high-speed, superior and consistent print quality as well as the flexibility to respond to time-sensitive turnaround requirements.
- Latest state of the art Xerox 5000 Digital B3 Press for all small run print jobs including personalisation, making us extremely competitive for the short run digital market.
